1. General Agreement

The terms and conditions set out on this page form a legally binding agreement with all players using the ur88 platform. When you use the ur88 website, mobile application, or any related service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should stop using the platform. ur88 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

2. Account Registration

2.1 One Account Only

Each player may register only one account at ur88. Re-registering under a different name, phone number, or payment account is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account closure without return of any remaining balance.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

Any personal information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. ur88 may request proof of identity at any time, and payments may be suspended if verification cannot be provided. Submitting false information may result in account suspension.

2.3 Account Security

Players must keep their account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Players are personally responsible for all financial losses incurred from their account. If any suspicious activity is noticed, contact ur88 customer service immediately.

3. Age Restriction

ur88 services are available to players aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use the platform under any circumstances. ur88 reserves the right to verify a player's age, and if found to be under 21, the account may be suspended without any funds being paid out.

4. Deposit / Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

Available deposit methods are — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Deposits are normally credited instantly. If a deposit has not arrived in your account, please contact customer support.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours. Players may only withdraw to a payment method registered in their own name. Transfers to third-party accounts cannot be processed.

4.3 Financial Verification

ur88 may carry out identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be put on hold if the player does not complete this verification.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ur88's welcome bonus gives you 120% of your first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount × 15 times.

Examples (pre-calculated):

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 44,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks.
• Deposit 840,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 1,340,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Please note that different game types may have different wagering contribution rates when playing with bonus funds.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

Each promotion may have its own specific terms and conditions. ur88 may modify or discontinue promotions at any time. If bonus abuse or coordinated play among groups of players is detected, bonuses may be voided.

6. Gameplay Policy and Usage Rules

6.1 Player Responsibilities

Players acknowledge that they are using this platform of their own free will. Players understand that gambling can result in financial loss and must only play within their means without creating financial hardship for themselves.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for unfair personal gain by dishonest means (bot, script, exploit) is prohibited.
• Opening two or more accounts, or colluding with family members or friends (collusion) is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering is prohibited.
• Threatening, intimidating, or treating staff in an abusive manner is prohibited.

6.3 Technical Errors

Winnings resulting from software errors (glitch / bug) are not valid. ur88 reserves the right to void such winnings immediately.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension / Closure

ur88 may suspend or close a player's account without prior notice if any of the following are found:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through dishonest means
• Providing false personal information
• Opening an account while under 21 years of age
• Due to a request from legal authorities
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering

9. Personal Data Protection

10. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, logos, images, and other intellectual property on the ur88 website are owned by ur88. Copying, publishing, or using them for commercial purposes without written permission from ur88 is not allowed.

11. Limitation of Liability

ur88 will do its best to keep the platform running smoothly, but ur88 is not responsible for any losses players incur due to technical issues or temporary server outages. If problems arise, the ur88 team will work to resolve them, and all decisions made are final.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the outcomes they pursue through gaming comply with the laws and regulations of their own country or region.

12. Terms Amendments
